We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Sandy Toes! We had ample room for two couples and three kids. The kitchen had everything you needed! It was a quiet neighborhood, right next to the pool and close to the bike trails!! Highly recommend renting bikes, it made getting around so much easier!! We also appreciated the use of the wagon and two beach chairs! It was nice to come back from the beach and relax on the porch! Highly recommend this beautiful home, we plan on coming back some day soon!!

We missed some details in the listing that nothing beach-related was included. No towels, no toys, nothing. Our fault for missing that but a little surprised nonetheless given it is across the road from the beach. Bigger issue was with the washing machine. We communicated with the property manager that the washer wasn’t working. They said they’d send someone out. Next day, washer still not working. Technician told them it was working when they left but very clear they didn’t run it. Said they’d send another tech. Next day washing machine still not fixed. Technician said it was a significant issue and couldn’t fix that week. We told them that the error code indicated a plugged filter and any legit technician should have determined that. We decided to remove filter and did. Was completely plugged with all kinds of stuff. We cleaned it and reinstalled. Problem solved. The location was great but the local pool which was right next door is not heated so couldn’t use it. Overall, we would look for a different property next time.
