The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. A comfortable 180-cm double bed ensures restful nights, while a high-quality sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space. On-site costs: DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit must be paid via an online portal after booking. OCCUPANCY: Max. 4 people. Local tax per person (children under 15 free): €2.50/night. Final cleaning: €95 (included in the price). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Parties are prohibited in this accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. A crib can be provided free of charge subject to availability; please contact the host in advance to reserve one. The balance is due 1 day before arrival. The balance is paid online by credit card.
