Easy to check in and a bottle of wine was waiting when we got to the room. Unit was a bit "lived in" but had the basics. We were there for a week and planned to do laundry. Washer/dryer in unit was bolted shut and we were told to use the laundry on the 14th floor, which was closed for renovation. We've stayed in various units at this location and they all had in-unit washer/dryers available. For a longer term rental where I was there for work, it was a disappointment not to be able to do laundry. The property manager said he had someone check out the washer/dryer while I was working, but there was no followup.
