Very clean place. Great host lots of things to do including beach and point of rocks. Pool and hot tub was very nice. Lots of boat tours we did fun boat tours out to sand bar and snorkeled. Lots of places to eat with in walking distance toasted mango cafe, spearfish grille and lennys pizza. Definitely recommend this place with easy walk to beach
