Although we had a good time and ALMOST everything was pleasant, we were quite perturbed that the water was not working when we arrived. All of our family members could not take a shower or freshen up for the few hours after we came.We were not aware of this mishap upon arrival and could not get in touch with the property manager in a timely manner. We asked for a partial refund for that inconvenience and have not heard back from anyone yet.
