Want to turn your farmstay into a true bed-and-breakfast experience? Overnight guests at Benson Homestead & Stables can add an optional homemade Homestead Breakfast, freshly prepared right here on the property.

Whenever the seasons cooperate, we use ingredients grown or raised at Benson Homestead—including our eggs, onions, peppers, jalapeños and potatoes. When something isn't available from the homestead, we use carefully sourced organic ingredients.

Choose from open-faced sourdough breakfast sandwiches, hearty breakfast burritos, waffles or French toast with fresh berries and real Maine maple syrup, and fresh seasonal fruit bowls.

Breakfast is optional, subject to availability and not included in the nightly rental rate. We'll send our complete Homestead Breakfast menu to you before your arrival so you can place an order for your stay.

Our second-story apartment is accessed by a tall flight of stairs and opens onto a covered porch oasis at the top—perfect for morning coffee, sunset views, or simply slowing down.

This stay is more than a place to sleep. It’s a warm, clean, beautifully styled apartment on a property that feels like a retreat—white vinyl fencing, tall pine trees, gardens, and big Texas sky.
