It’s the ideal place to unwind and immerse yourself in the beauty of Lake Como, visit the Villa Melzi park or the Museum of Navigation Instruments, explore the Villa Serbelloni park, sip an aperitif with a lake view, shop in the countless stores, or discover the villages nestled between the lake and the mountains. Entering Vicolo Parini (there are two steps) via the typical cobblestone path, you’ll reach Cà Sunin, a recently renovated ground-floor apartment with a view of the green Prealps. The entire ground-floor apartment is available to guests. Other residents from the upper floor or the house next door may pass through the courtyard. The apartment is located on the first floor and is laid out as follows: Entrance into the LIVING AREA with a fully equipped open kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, juicer, table with 6 chairs, sofa, and fireplace (decorative only!) Smart TV (internet TV only), BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet, BEDROOM with a double bed and a small single bed, OUTDOOR COURTYARD with a small table and chairs. The house is equipped with independent heating (operation is subject to applicable Italian regulations; in our area, heating is permitted for 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15), iron, clothesline, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, carbon monoxide detector, and adapter. TV in the living room (Smart TV only) and Wi-Fi. Complimentary kitchen supplies (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, herbal tea) and bathroom (soap, shower gel/shampoo). You must pay the tourist tax separately upon arrival in cash and present valid identification for legal registration.

A quiet residential neighborhood just a stone’s throw from the famous center of Bellagio. To reach the accommodation more easily, set your GPS to Piazza Pietro Redaelli, Bellagio (parking area adjacent). The house is within walking distance of the parking lot (the closest is 20 meters away). In 15 minutes on foot, you can reach the hamlet of Borgo, where the boat dock is located (a 10-minute walk), or head to San Giovanni or Pescallo to the public beaches. A supermarket, dairy, and pharmacy are a 10-minute walk away. A bar and restaurant are a 5-minute walk away.
