Excellent check in service. Very detail and fast response. Great location, clean and comfy. Have everything you needed for a night stay. Good security

The unit I stay doesn't have sound proof from the streets, can hear all the cars and can be quite noisy from the balcony side.

Location was perfect as I came to watch in Ideal Live. Its also close to ss2, uptown damansara, mont kiara, TTDI.

Property was good. Checkin instructions though was sent very last minute after I kept asking for it and called the management. Only then they sent. Listing said lockbox to get key. Turns out there’s a receptionist for checkin. If I had known, I wouldnt need to be frantic about it.

The house is just nice for 3-4 pax, spacious enough for gathering and chatting at living room. Overall cleaniless is excellent, parking lot is easy to find and navigate. Fridge is cold to keep some food unlike other stays. Although only 1 toilet available, but its spacious enough for your business. The shower abit confusing to use at first but managed to figure it out.

Need to inform front desk ONE DAY IN ADVANCE if you want to have early check out. Else, you will have to wait until 9am. Although they had mentioned this in the messages before check in, but it also makes it not flexible for travellers to manipulate travelling schedule last minutes. Should have some early check out box for us to drop the key instead. Maybe consider to put twin bed in one of the room, and bigger blanket, more sleeping pillows. Pillows are not dense enough, blanket is too small and ended up having mid night blanket snatching with the sleeping mate.

air conditioner is noisy and under power
