Good location close proximity to CTICC as I was attending a conference
The fact that although I had requested for a late checkout there was too many back and forth emails without any way forward. I was prepared to pay for a full day to extend my checkout but the property waited until the very last minute to advise they can’t accommodate my request. This for me was just very unprofessional

Great central location to the convention centre if you in town for an event there, with a decent number of decent restaurants, hotel bars and a shop just downstairs.
