Location, facilities, comfortable and secure.
All ok. Perhaps recommend a few sachets of coffee etc. for late arrivals. Can be worked into the price.

テレビがすごく大きくて良かったし、比較的駅や、スーパーも近く、移動に便利で全て歩いていけました！

The location was good and PAID parking was close.
The apartment felt smaller than advertised. It was also quite warm in the apartments, but we were unable to keep the windows open due to the street noise l and safety concerns. So while the listing claimed there was air conditioning, there wasn’t. The kitchen was equipped only with the bare essentials, using noticeably worn pots and pans. Overall, it works for a solo traveler but isn’t ideal for anyone else.
