Très bonne localisation et bons équipements.

Le studio mériterait un rafraîchissement. Le portail de l’immeuble reste souvent bloqué quand veut sortir.

Proximity to main sights. Wi-Fi was very good after slight delay getting into it . Instructions for entry and leaving very clear . 4th Floor so nice cooling breeze. Building generally quiet at night time . Street busy am/ pm but quiet at night as balcony door was open to keep cool. Thank you

Maybe a small table and chair for balcony. I did not realise initially that the disc attached to keys was for opening door on the outside . Perhaps give Wi-Fi details when giving all other instructions or leave on a card in apartment . These are all just minor points.

I booked this, but was given the wrong key and had to move. My rating is therefore more of the owners "Expat" than to the actual flat.

Arrived to another accomodation run by "Expat renting". It was all about codes, no personal contact. The key did not fit in the lock and the person who answered the phone didn't believe me at first. I got help from a friendly neighbour, and finally it was concluded that the correct key was missing. I was then offered another of their apartments and they wanted me to go there. They were offering no compensation for their mistake, but I demanded they'd at least pay for an Uber and they agreed, as it was pouring down. The next place was spacious, clean and well equipped. It is called Ecrin. But the blinds were broken and it was impossible to close the balcony doors. The apartment is facing a heavily trafficked road so the noise was terrible, and it was hard to sleep. After complaining to the company again, to my great surprise there did appear technicians the next day who mended the blinds that had been broken for months (apparantly, according to reviews) and added balcony furniture that had been missing. After that it got a lot quieter, so I could sleep and actually start enjoying my holiday. I also recieved so many confusing messages from them, both before my arrival and after. It doesn't seem like they know what they are doing. Even if the appartment in the end became very comfortable and I could start to enjoy my stay, it wasnt worth all the trouble before it.
