It’s was extremely clean
There was not water pressure in the shower and it was so low you couldn’t really shower properly, our room number 12’s window didn’t close properly and as a result let in a lot of road noise and luckily it wasn’t a cold evening.

We stayed here awhile ago. Breakfast this time although good, I would’ve preferred the extensive continental breakfast on offer last time we stayed.
The noise from either air-conditioning or extractor fans outside room one was annoying. We were assured the system would be off after service finished. I doubted this would be the case. The noise continued overnight, which meant we couldn’t open the window for fresh air.

Lovely staff and good breakfast. Room was very comfortable. Very reasonable room rate.
During renovations (which we assume was a factor in the very good room rate) the appearance in places wasn’t as it could be but was to be expected. The bar and restaurant wasn’t open on the evening we stayed.
