We greatly enjoyed our stay! The unit is essentially brand new due to a recent renovation. It was nicely furnished, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the property manager was easy to work with. The screen enclosed porch with a view of the gulf and pool was a great way to start each day! My only minor complaint was that the central air conditioning didn't cool the bedrooms particularly well, but the remote controlled ceiling fans certainly helped keep the bedrooms comfortable at night. The Point Santo property is very nicely maintained with brand new tennis/pickle ball courts and pool/spa area. The beach was a bit of a disappointment because the excessive amount of shells was hard on the feet and not conducive to sand play for the kids, and we also had some seaweed to contend with unexpectedly, but it was beautiful all the same. The shell hunting was as good as it gets!

We had a lovely stay. This property was very clean and with nice amenities, such as beach chairs. The location to the beach was perfect.
