The studio was a perfect location, had surgery in guys the next day and this was a great choice, really close to the bridge and rest of London will be using again!! The complementary toothbrushes, earplugs and extra bits were a lovely touch and just what you would expect from a high end hotel not a relatively cheap studio in the heart of London.
Lots of steps but worth it for the space.

Fantastic communication, very accommodating, perfect overnight stay for our requirements, (location excellent, convenience excellent, communication with hosts excellent, bed excellent and comfortable, just a very easy going stay, met all expectations.
Couldn't get the shower off super hot temp but may have been our fault and not knowing how to work properly.

Great location and flexible with my check-in times.
The pillows were essentially cardboard in a sheet and the shower didn't work at all.
