Beds are clean

First and foremost, there was no information that the stairs are so steep and narrow! With my huge luggage, I had to leave my luggage downstairs the entire stay and walk down from 3rd floor to get anything. The outlet by the bed stopped working after few hours, i had to use one in the room further from my bed. Essentially there is no real contact with the owners. I left a message if I can drop my luggage before the check in but bo answer. It would’ve been fine just to say no.
