The location was perfect for where we needed to be. Shopping also close and easy to get to. Clean and neat, almost everything needed was provided.

The door stop for an upstairs bedroom is broken, so if you aren't careful the door will go straight into the full mirror closet door. Potentially a very expensive accident. There are only 4 forks so if you have a family of 5 or 6 you'll have to bring/buy your own. No cleaning products supplied (other than some dishwashing liquid), some simple spray and wipe would be nice, and some floor cleaner for mopping. Pictures of the property clearly show a dishwasher in the kitchen. When we arrived there was a sign on the dishwasher saying not in use. I have no idea why it wasn't working, and its not the end of the world but it would have been nice to have a working dishwasher. There is no dryer in the property. Being there for a team sport week made my life a lot harder washing and drying team gear for the whole team with no dryer. The clothesline is small and doesn't get much sun, so things take 2 days to dry.

I liked the location because it was central to where we needed to go in Perth, the air bnb was easy to find when first arriving, parking was easy, all bedrooms were spacious and comfortable to sleep in, the bathrooms had nice showers with good water pressure, and the heaters were easy to use, quick working, and very warm. It was an extremely well presented property. Would definitely recommend.

It would have been better if the Air BnB came with complimentary tea, coffee, etc to avoid having to go back to the shops after checking in and getting settled. It would have been greatly appreciated. A suggestion for the house rules would be to include that the bins go out on Thursdays but it isn’t essential. Lastly, there was a little amount of cleaning supplies. For example, we stayed four nights and there was barely enough dish washing liquid for our dishes, there were no tea towels to dry the dishes, and there was no spray and wipe so if we had any spills or messes we wouldn’t have been able to clean them up.
