The services and hygiene need serious improvement

The host was very kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier than scheduled, which I really appreciated. I wasn't aware that the property was different from the one shown in the listing until I arrived. It would be really helpful if the check-in instructions, including details about the actual property, were sent before arrival so guests have time to familiarise themselves and know what to expect. There were some positive aspects of the stay. The room and wardrobe were spacious, and the bedroom floor was clean.

Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. The bedspread had dried drool next to the pillows, and the toilets were not clean. On one occasion, someone used the toilet without flushing, and at another point it appeared that someone had smoked in the toilet, leaving an unpleasant smell. The biggest issue was the noise. The occupant in Room 2 spoke loudly and played music with their partner from around 1:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. They were also repeatedly walking around the property and frequently slamming both the kitchen door and the door to their room, making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, I think the experience could be significantly improved maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness and better manage the shared spaces. It would also be helpful to include a clear note in the booking information reminding guests to be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum during late-night and early-morning hours, avoiding smoking inside the property, and respecting shared facilities so everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone It is awful dirty and smelly. Not fit for purpose

Nothing it was filthy I was disgusted with the state of the kitchen was FILTHY there was congealed food on the work tops dirty dishes everywhere and a lot more.you had to see it to see and smell the state of the place. The bedroom was awful more a camp bed than a double bed and the quality of the linen was very poor and didn't look clean and no TV.

Everything there was chemicals by the stairs with paint pots and other things as you opened the front door a man walked into our bedroom when we had locked it frightening my teenage granddaughter and her nan. The kitchen was FILTHY and smelt really bad it's more of a student accommodation not a short break holiday They knew my granddaughter had autism and yet they let her step foot in this awful place

Not bad

Serves purpose especially if you are tight in budget. Location is good and facilities are good working condition.

Hygiene wasn’t optimal. I guess due to sharing.
