Siam Boutique Hotel

We were three female tourists from Brunei, and whenever we encountered any issues during our stay, the hotel staff responded promptly and resolved them efficiently. The hotel employees were also kind, trustworthy, and very helpful. We would especially like to thank Ashraf and Ibrahim for their outstanding assistance and support throughout our stay. Thank you very much for all your help and for making our stay a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Occasionally, noise from the room above and neighboring guest rooms could be heard, which at times affected our sleep. However, we believe this is an issue that can be effectively managed and improved by the hotel.

just the location since

everything. no daily housekeeping service, when we put the sign to please make up our room still no one cleaned the room, when we told the receptionist he said that theirs housekeepers can’t read english (odd coz their room sign card is in english but color coded with a cleaning drawing or sleeping drawing for do not disturb). Since no daily housekeeping service, so trash piled up, we had to put it outside- we left in the morning and came back late at night trash still outside even the other rooms are doing the same. Also, not a very safe room to stay coz their doors has only a regular door knob which you can open with a regular door key, and no double lock either on the inside - would not recommend this to solo travelers. Maybe staying for a night is OK, but not more than that especially if you have valuable items. No safe too, just a normal small Drawer with a key lock. And, the SMELL at the lobby and elevator - omyGeee! can’t explain it. really gave me a headache.
