It was very clean.
The location is great.
There is a Lidl nearby and plenty of public transport.
It is close to the city center and has a well-equipped kitchen. A typical, charming old house.
I asked the owner for access to the backyard shown in the photo because we smoke; he said he would unlock it but never did. One of the sofa beds was terrible to sleep on—we had to arrange pillows just to make it usable. There are no ceiling lights in the evening; the only illumination comes from a few bedside lamps.

"We liked the apartment very much. Great location, many buses to the centre of London, also underground station available near. Great contact with the owner."
