Localização muito boa, acessando a linha de metrô que liga a algumas das partes principais da cidade. Quarto limpo, com comodidades como ferro de passar, secador e varanda, além de cafeteira, agua, refrigerantes e frutas. Roupa de cama muito limpa. Muito fácil de acessar, pegando chaves e códigos diretamente na porta de entrada. Chegamos algumas vezes tarde da noite e isso foi totalmente tranquilo também

o quarto não tem tranca por dentro, o que achei um pouco ruim, especialmente porque o hospede do quarto acima passa pelo seu andar para chegar ao dele. O banheiro privativo não fica dentro do quarto mas é de uso exclusivo do quarto, então a privacidade não é plena, mas não atrapalhou

I was attending a conference at the nearby Millennium hotel but preferred something a little quieter and homely. This met all my expectations and more, for what was an exceptional price. It's the top floor (converted attic) of a period building. The bedroom was huge, it had a microwave, TV, kettle, iron and ironing board. They supplied coffee/tea, biscuits, bottle water and fruit. Bed was very comfortable. It is located down a quiet side street. The area and building feel very safe and secure. I quite liked the view from the bedroom looking across the residential rooftops. However while the immediate surroundings is residential, it is only a 5 min walk away from Gloucester Road which has a fantastic vibe and a really good choice of restaurants (I ate in the Lebanese, Bab Ghanouj), pubs (Stanhope Arms was good, but there others), fast food, Tescos Express and Gloucester Road Tube is a 5 min walk. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and instructions to access the property are very clear. Overall a superb experience.

The only niggle would be the Wi-Fi would drop in and out (classic connected without internet message). Not a problem for social stuff but I chose not to work from there the morning I departed because of this. It wouldn't stop me going back there because there were so many positives. The 5G connection in the area is very good.

Fabulous location in a charming area and very close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The tube is a free minutes walk.

Be aware that the stairs are very steep and tightly spiraled at the bottom. Manoeuvring a suitcase is difficult. The exterior door locks are unsettling.
