The hotel is amazing, in terms of the location it’s very convenient to see all touristic spots from there. Just buy Hakone pass, if you stay more than 3 days, for busses, the zip line and boat or simply use Suica if you stay less than 3 days. The staff was just amazing. Japanese people are extremely polite and affectionate. We even had an issue with a loss of passport and the staff helped us out going through all police procedures to find it. Thank god it was quickly found in just about three hours. I can’t express how thankful to the staff I am for this support. The room was clean and Japanese style with a private bathroom. My personal advice is to request if possible the Sakura room, it’s amazing and the view was stunning.

敷布団が薄かった。カメムシが部屋の中などに数匹いた。駆除用のガムテープ等の備品があるとよかった。
