Palace Ecce Hom0

Pulizia eccellente e posizione a due passi da tutto e servizi e metro

Mancanza caffè ma frigo con acqua e piccolo dolce molto apprezzati considerata la colazione non inclusa . Bollitore e the camomilla disponibili in camera .

Right in the historical centre. Clean room, quiet place. Communication regarding the check in and check out was great. Thank you!

Nothing to complain

Posizione molto centrale, vicino all’università. Struttura nuova e pulita, personale cordiale, molto educato e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Infissi nuovi e ben isolanti dai rumori. Consiglio!

La struttura è in fase di ristrutturazione quindi l’ascensore non era disponibile. Forse non adatto a chi ha difficoltà con scalini così alti fintanto non sarà completato il rinnovo. Cuscini da sostituire perché davvero troppo alti.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable. The host that greeted us was lovely.

It is a work in progress. It’s still a building site. We had to negotiate hazards getting to the room. The lift was not in operation. The stairs aren’t easy to negotiate so some people might find them too challenging. At first glance the room was nice but we found there was no socket next to the kettle. The room is split level and the step is a trip hazard. The metal trim on the step is sharp and hazardous. Storage is not great. Also nowhere to hang larger towels. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. The toilet roll holder was a hook. There was no bin in the main room. We used our own bags which were removed daily. At times the banging from the building works was loud and we heard showers of rubble landing from the floor above. The stairwells were smelling of cigarette smoke - really unpleasant. One evening we came back and the outside was in darkness, something that may be tricky for those feeling vulnerable. When we arrived we were very strangely given the option to cancel the booking with booking.com which we were told would trigger a discount. I went along with it but later wondered what was behind this. We could not operate the t.v. and contacted Marica twice. She indicated that it was working but the remote control never worked.
