Simon's Place

Really loved the place itself. Initially loved the atmosphere and slept so well The staff were really kind and helpful We ate twice at their restaurant and it was really tasty. We had the local fish and could recommend it

The owners gave us wonderful welcome when we arrived but after the first day rarely spoke when we saw them. Strange! The room was never cleaned during our stay and due to weather it was really dusty or towels changed and had to ask for rubbish bin to be emptied. Toilet seat was damaged ans although reported it , it was never repaired. Owner to us he would try and arrange a Whale Watching trip for us but never came back to us .

Love Simons place. I've stayed here twice now and will likely be back whenever I travel here. The staff are always incredibly nice and friendly and so helpful as well. The beds/rooms are pretty comfy. Very close to main center of Nukualofa and it's great to have breakfast provided as well as a restaurant for when you don't want to go too far for food. Restaurant food is also really good.

The wifi in some rooms is a bit weak/spotty.

施設は少し古いです。 3泊しましたが1回も清掃は無く、タオル交換は自ら申し出ないとしてもらえませんでした。
