Le personnel est super, la chambre est nickel, l’emplacement est super.

L’emplacement est super, mais il est dans une rue pleine de boite de nuit collé les unes aux autres, donc y a pas mal de bruit la nuit. Ceci dit, si je suis en voyage avec des amis ou en couple, ça serait parfait. Si le voyage est avec des personnes plus âgées, le bruit sera dérangeant.

Clean, safe, professional and classy. Great staff, great location. I can't really fault it.

The property was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in the heart of İstiklal Street and is very close to the bus station. The receptionist on the day shift was especially friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on his face.

I faced several issues during my stay at this hotel: * Air conditioning: The air conditioning was not working properly and was making so much noise that it was impossible to sleep while it was on. I informed the reception, and they offered me one night in another room while they fixed it. However, nothing was fixed, and they were unable to change my room because they claimed the hotel was fully booked. As a result, I had to spend the rest of my stay without air conditioning. * Elevator: The elevator was continuously out of service, which was quite inconvenient, especially when going up and down several floors. * Pillows: The pillows were uncomfortable. This was also a common opinion among my friends who were staying at the hotel. I didn’t complain about this because, to be honest, I managed to sleep without using the pillows.
