Balé Cù Calathea Place near airport road NAIA and MOA

I stayed at Balé Cù Calathea Place from September 12–24, and my experience was very positive. The condo exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I needed for my visit to Parañaque. I chose this property because of its proximity to a memorial, as I had experienced a loss in the family and needed to attend the wake daily. The location made it convenient to get picked up and dropped off, and the condo became a peaceful retreat where I could unwind after emotionally difficult days. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with many everyday essentials you would normally find in your own home. Little conveniences, such as the clothes steamer, washer, clothes rack made the stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was in good condition, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and all the advertised amenities were available and functioning. One of the biggest advantages for me was the convenience store located in the parking garage basement. It was a lifesaver, especially while adjusting to jet lag, as I could easily get food and keep basic supplies in the condo. They carried prepared meals, eggs, bread, canned goods, toiletries, bottled water, fruits, ice cream, and other necessities. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The sunrise from the balcony was beautiful, and stepping outside to hear the birds and roosters was a lovely way to start the day. The condo was a comfortable place to rest and recharge. The host was wonderful to communicate with, even before my arrival. All my questions were addressed promptly, and the host was accommodating and flexible when I needed to extend my stay. Check-in was very easy, and the instructions were clear. One practical tip for future guests: the property is located along a main road, which makes it accessible, but traffic can get quite heavy during peak hours. Grab rides may take longer to arrive, so I recommend booking your car in advance.
