Apartaestudios Zeni

First, Claudia, at the front desk, was an exceptional help. We landed on a Sunday afternoon, and our eSIM didn't work, so WhatsApp didn't work. The taxi driver let us use his phone, and Claudia got us codes to the building and our room. The next morning we met Claudia in person, and she is one of the nicest and most helpful staff members we have dealt with in recent travels. Zeni was very clean, the rooms were fresh, the AC worked well, and the Wifi was great. Great location on Avenida 33, putting you within walking distance of a mall, several small cafes, several restaurants, pharmacies, and markets. 10/10 for walkability. Easy for Didi and Rappi drivers to find for deliveries too.

The only thing we didn't like, and this isn't a direct reflection on Zeni, but we were here during a holiday and an EDM event, so the hotel was booked. As with these events, people come in loud at night, converse in the halls, etc.
