The room was comfortable, boasted a big bed, table and chairs, armchair and tv. complimentary hygiene products like period products, hairdryer, extra towels, face masks, shower cap etc was a wonderful touch. also complimentary tea and coffee with a kettle (sugar and milk packets would be nice!) location was a short walk from botanic and queens uni. the host (only spoke through text) was kind and made sure we asked if we needed anything. the whole property was clean.

The value for money felt a bit low considering it is a room in a shared property, for almost £400 for a weekend, granted it was belsonic weekend but a room in a hotel would be a very similar price. street was occasionally noisy with kids and teens playing out or people coming and going to the town, but nothing enough to bother us, especially considering Qcon and Belsonic were both on this weekend.

Love a room with a skylight! The bedroom was absolutely lovely - up in the attic, heaps of space, very cosy & clean. The bed & linen were super comfy. Great big armchair that I didn’t spend nearly enough time reading in as I should have. I walked into the city centre from here - it’s about 15-20 min, but there are very regular buses also. Great access to a running loop along the riverside & park for those who like an early morning jog. The historic Hatfield pub is literally just around the corner & they do great pub grub.

Wasn’t a huge issue for me, but this accommodation is very much a room in an owner occupied home, so you share a bathroom/toilet with two (male) residents. Both lovely people, but don’t expect a hotel style bathroom - it’s clean but comes with the usual clutter of toothbrushes, soap & shampoo you’ll have in your own home.

The room was very nice, with a light and airy atmosphere. The decor was to a pretty good standard, though feel a touch up wouldn't go a miss. I especially liked roof windows which allowed for a stary view at night when laying in bed or in the morning you can watch the little fluffy clouds pass overhead. The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets,along with clean towels. The host also provided a kettle along with tea, coffee, kitchen towels and a small collection of toiletries. There was also a large modern TV to watch if you wished, though to be honest there's so much to see and do in Belfast we really didn't have time. Another thing that was handy was the free fast wifi.

Unfortunately there was one minor let down, though if I'm being honest it's not a deal breaker.....The bathroom. On the plus side the shower is fantastic, it's powerful and controllable and really does the job, but on the negative side is the lighting that appears to be barely attached to the ceiling along with the cracked side panel of the bath. Also there's the toilet that needs a workout just to get it to flush. Like I said not a deal breaker but definitely something to consider..

Location was perfect, short walk & you were in the heart of the city centre, the host was really attentive, checked in with you to make sure you were happy or if you required anything, excellent host. The room was beautiful & the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room was clean & had everything you required.

The bathroom could do with updating & the stair carpet leading to the room.
