I honestly don't know if I've ever booked better accommodation through Booking than this one. Such an amazing apartment with a terrace, a fantastic host, and a great location in Rome? An absolute dream. Daniello, the owner, used to live in this apartment himself, so he left a piece of himself and his soul there. You can truly see it, every detail of the apartment has been carefully thought out and is both practical and functional. The ground-floor terrace with parking availability is just another great bonus of this wonderful place. There is a bus stop only 3 minutes from the apartment with connections to the metro, or you can reach Battistini metro station on foot in about 15 minutes. Right across from the apartment, there are several small convenience stores (around three of them). There is also a butcher's shop where they sell fresh bread every morning, as well as a pizzeria in the evening serving delicious and very affordable pizza. About a 5-minute walk away, you'll find several excellent restaurants and cocktail bars, so you don't even need to go into the city centre to have a great evening! And by the way, Daniello even has a coffee machine in the apartment!!! Andd for sure air-condition for the people who are melting a lot :D ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

Це помешкання зробило нашу видпустку безтурботлвою і романтичною. В ньому було все і навіть більше. І так по черзі: ми прилетіли раніше і Данієль дозволив залишити речі в апартаментах, перевдягнутись, також запропонував каву і круасан. Був достатньо люб,язний і пропонував локації з їжею і зручностями. В подальшій комуникації завжди швидко відповідав і був на зв,язку. В помешканні все було на 2 осіб на усі 5 діб перебування і навіть більше. Шампунь, мило, рушники. Кава для машини, спагетті, цукор , приправи, посуд - усього було в достатку. Посудомийна машина і набір приборів для готування. Ми з дружиною були в захваті, що ні про що не потрібно турбуватись. Програвач працював і ми слухали італійське радіо:) Про що додатково хотілось би написати, так це про простір на подвір,ї. Ми його використовували для сніданків і пізніх розмов. Було відчуття домашнього затишку. Дякуємо! На що звернути увагу: відстань автобусом до центральних історичних місць може займати до години разом з очікуванням і проїздкою. Також заявлений розклад автобусів може періодично не співпадати. Автобус може затримуватись. Нам це не заважало. Ми насолоджувались дослідженням місцевої культури і життям людей. Данієлю дякуємо за емпатійний підхід до клієнтів:)

Locație foarte frumoasă, cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru o ședere confortabilă. Are și terasă unde poți sta afară.

La casa di Daniele è come appare in foto (stile che a me piace molto) e attrezzatissima (io ho cucinato 2 volte e ho trovato tutto l'occorrente). Daniele è un host disponibile, accogliente e premuroso: è lui a prevenire le domande e a dare tutte le info, noi siamo stati benissimo. Il set di asciugamani che ci ha fatto trovare è il più completo che abbia mai ricevuto (5 pezzi) e morbidissimo. Letto comodo, doccia perfettamente funzionante. Il cortile esterno è una risorsa preziosa che ci siamo goduti: silenzioso, riparato, ben esposto al sole, ben attrezzato, abbiamo pranzato e fatto colazione in grande relax.
