We liked having the spacious shared space (a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with tv and couch) and our private bathroom. The facilities look new, clean, and are well decorated. Our bedroom was comfortable and quiet for a good night sleep. The host James was very responsive to our questions before and during the stay. There's free laundry and three cute cats onsite! The location is also great for ramen lovers (next block) and easy to get groceries even late at night.
