- nice view - well-equipped apartment - fully equipped kitchen - parking is available, but in the adjacent building—it's about a 5-minute walk away

I sent two messages asking for an invoice. I got a response stating that they couldn't issue the invoice because Booking had to do it. It was only after I gave them a rating of 1 that the matter was finally resolved. I wasted a lot of time sorting out a simple issue. Here is what they wrote to me: "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an invoice for your stay directly. However, you may be able to obtain one through the booking platform. We also recommend contacting Booking.com directly for further assistance. Thank you for your understanding!"
