Caught out not properly checked in as booking process uses a 3rd party platform and further details including photos of back and front of Licence ID are needed. Confusing amount of links included in instructions. Cleaning not up to standard with hair in bathrooms, kitchen oven dirty, undoubtedly clean sheets but doona upstairs desperately needed laundering and same bedroom had body odour smell. TV was so small!! AND didn't work as broken at antenna site and wouldn't connect to Netflix d/t poor signal.
