First of all, it is important to understand that this is an apartment, not a hotel. So if you are expecting hotel-style service during your stay, be aware that nothing is replenished or replaced. There is no additional coffee, shampoo, etc., and towels and bed linen are not changed during your stay. The apartment itself is very nice and feels almost brand new. It has a small but well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, kettle and Nespresso machine. The shower is good and the bed is comfortable. The location is also convenient, with the metro within walking distance and several restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We strongly recommend booking the apartment without breakfast. The day before, you choose from six breakfast menus through a website and select a delivery time. While this sounds convenient, the actual breakfast was disappointing. The food was not served hot, and the choice is quite limited considering the price. There is also no replenishment of the coffee capsules. We were given just four capsules for two people for a four-night stay, which is rather disappointing for an accommodation at this level. We also feel that towels should be changed at least once during a four-night stay. Our advice: save the money you would spend on breakfast and eat somewhere else in the neighbourhood. There are plenty of nearby options with a much wider choice, freshly prepared and properly hot food, and you will get much better value for your money. The apartment itself is good and we liked the location, but the lack of basic service and especially the disappointing breakfast affected our overall experience. We would stay here again, but definitely not with breakfast included.

A spacious room for 4 people, well equipped with a comfortable bed and very clean. The service on WhatsApp was attentive and willing. The hotel is located within a 30 min walking distance / 10 min subway ride from central attractions.

There were no cups or mugs available, even when we specifically asked for some. The coffee they offered wasn't enough even for 1 person throughout the stay. The online check-in process was a bit off.

The location was great and the building had been renovated. Everything looked in excellent condition. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessities and there was also a good washing machine available. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

What fell short were some minor issues. It wasn't clear where we could dispose of our full trash bags, and there weren't many bags provided in the apartment. This was particularly relevant for the bathroom since toilet paper couldn't be flushed. Also, the spatula in the kitchen was made of metal and scratched the pan... but these are really small things overall.

The room was good, clean and tidy. The staff is really helpful and answers quickly.

I have stayed before at the same building in a different apartment that was way better. The apartment 7 at the ground floor was good but not great as i was expecting. The bathroom was not comfortable and there was no toilet seat. The wifi wasnt connecting and there was only a top sheet on the bed. At the other room there was a duvet so naturally i was expecting the same. Location wise the street is really dirty and has an unpleasant smell thankfully it's close to the metro station so that's a bonus point.
