Casa Solada Cunda Resort & Spa

The hotel was good in general and the location was OK. The beach was fantastic as they had left some oliver threes which gave nice shadow. Staff was really nice and responsive.

The menu could be more variable as we ate almost the same every day. There could be more seafood as for 7 days we had just fish only once, they were constantly out of drinks. Another annoying thing was the excessive amount of cats. They were annoying, hopping on our tables which was unpleasant and not acceptable.

Perfect location (in between Ayvalık and Cunda) great amenities (sand beach, three pools, a small aqua-park, really good breakfast), and perfect views. Rooms had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. Our rooms were facing to the outer side of the building but they were very quiet and I haven't heard other guests' noise from other rooms throughout my stay.

The rooms need a bit upgrade but we learned that the hotel will be going under a renovation this winter so I think most of those items will be fixed by then. My room had some issues with faucets and showerhead but the technical team fixed those after we reported. The aqua park was not available throughout our stay; they opened it on the day we checked out. The pool tables at lower lobby downstairs need to be renewed/repaired

Muuulte nu mi au placut. Nu suntem niste mofturosi, dar pentru un hotel de 5 stele este jalnic. Pacat de locatie care este super. Am stat din 27.09-03.10.2026. Cand am ajuns am fost impresionati de intrarea in hotel si amabilitatea receptionerului care stia si engleza, dar asta a fost toata impresia buna. Am vrut sa bem ceva, dar domnisoara de la bar nu stia decat turca si a fost greu sa ne intelegem. Oricum nu aveam prea multe optiuni _ bere, raki si vodca (hotel de 5 stele). Mancarea ca la cantina, doar pui in 3 feluri (mai mult fiert), cateva chiftele. Personalul foooarte plictisit, stateau mai mult pe telefoane. Cred ca am fost printre ultimele serii de clienti, dar asta nu iti da dreptul sa incepi sa strangi sezlonguri, sa inchizi locatia unde se servea de la 11-17 un mic snack bar, sa nu mai ai nici un fel de activitati seara, cu toate ca am vazut programe afisate (probabil pentru cei care au venit in plin sezon). Si noi ceilalti am platit niste bani pe care i am muncit si am merita aceeasi tratatie - mentionez ca am venit dintr o alta locatie din Ozdere (am stat di 21.09-27.09.2026), tot de 5 stele si care s a inchis in ziua in care noi am plecat, dar habar nu am avut ca se va inchide deoarece totul a fost impecabil pana in ultima zi (chelnerii ne au spus ca este ultima lor zi si asa am aflat). Noua ne plac animalele, avem 3 caini, dar aici sunt foarte multe pisici care intra in sala de mese si care se urca pe mese si daca nu esti atent, iti mananca din farfurie - cu asta nu sunt de acord. Nu este normal sa nu pot sa plec de la masa sa mi iau un suc si cand ma intorc sa gasesc pisica mancand din farfurie sau sa caut o masa libera unde sa mananc si sa trebuiasca sa dau pisica jos de pe masa Pacat de locatie ca este foarte frumosa - cred ca totul tine de cine o adminisrreaza.
