Apartment in a quiet area, one small beach within walking distance (25 minutes), better beaches and shops available by car. Apartment was freshly renovated, very clean and well equipped. Large bed was comfortable. Kitchen had enough utensils to cook something by yourself.
The studio I rented was on the ground floor and offered no views, not the sea, nor the mountains. But I spent most time outside.
