DD COZY INN sntower

I stayed at DD Cozy Inn, SN Towers, and this is actually my second stay here. Since “DD Cozy Inn” may not be familiar to everyone, it’s better known as SN Towers.The property has been newly renovated and the rooms feel premium, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are also big and well-equipped. I really liked the ambient lighting, wall decorations, TV setup and individual cupboards. The location is very prime. Parking is limited to around two cars, but since I stayed on a weekday, I had no parking issue. Otherwise, parking is available in front of the building. The owner and manager are both very kind and helpful. They guide you well and assist with whatever you need. When I first came here, I booked the rooms as a walk-in for my family and took two rooms. At that time, all the rooms had kettles and hair dryers. This time, I noticed that a few rooms were missing these items. When I asked, I was told that due to staff limitations during check-in and check-out, sometimes these items are not noticed as missing, and a few previous guests had taken them away. Just a small awareness for guests: when we pay for a stay, we are paying to use the property, not to take anything from it. Running and maintaining a property is not easy, and only a business owner truly understands that effort. So, let’s respect the property and help the management maintain the same quality for everyone. Apart from this, I had a very satisfying stay, which is why I came here for the second time. Overall, I would happily give this stay a 10/10 and would definitely recommend it.

Proximity to temple and street

Water was scroching hotel during day time and the mattress was not clean. Room could have been cleaned better. There was no hangers to dry towels or kettle. Power was unstable. Also we were over charged when we checked since the owner was shared a different cost through booking.com

near to temple, friendly staffs

asked for additional pillows , they said no, no room service for serving beverages like coffee. little expensive Rs.2100/-- for one night stay
