These owners have thought of everything! The house had tons of cooking stuff, a full washer dryer, nice shampoo and conditioner. Such a comfy house for a big group.

Clearlake is just not a nice town. The lake is kinda gross. But the owners make the yard a great place to hang out and we did use the kayaks they provided :)

The location is beautiful. The house is great and spotless with tons of room. Was pleasantly surprised with how big it is. Also offered secure parking and a great yard to enjoy or have a fire if needed. Would highly recommend this location

The house is nice and clean

The selling point of this property, as highlighted in many reviews, is the backyard facing the lake, with a fire pit and loungers and chairs. And that’s what we were looking forward to. Well, when we arrived all the outdoor furnitures were covered in spider webs, a tick layer of spider webs (and these are not tiny spiders, they’re some seriously large spiders. We found a few inside the home too, the home is clean but the outdoors have a bad spider infestation and they do get in). Had the outdoor been enjoyable (it was not, at all) some wood for the fire pit would have been nice.
