With Frangista Beach just minutes away and the community pool a quick walk down the street, the trip basically plans itself. Inside, the open layout makes group living feel easy. The living room is set up around plush sofas and a wall-mounted TV, with a full-size sleeper sofa for overflow guests. The kitchen flows directly off the main living space, fully equipped for everything from grab-and-go beach breakfasts to full-group dinners, with bar seating at the island and a separate dining table for sit-down meals. Sleeping arrangements are dialed in for groups up to 16. The primary suite features a king bed, a full sleeper sofa, a TV, and a private ensuite bath. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
