The location was great. It was very low key. We did have some issues finding the condo due to different zip codes but otherwise it was great.

We asked during the check-in process about different things such as checking in early since we arrive earlier than planned (45 minutes). I paid extra to check in at 2pm. We arrived at 1:15. They told me that the condo was owned by private owners and to check with them. We were not able to check in until two. The condo was advertised as "New", but it was obvious that was not the case. When we asked for towels and about the trash, they told us they would have some delivered, but then when asked our room number, they said no we weren't with their company. We were privately owned. The answer always depended on who we asked.
