A Wonderful Little Oasis – Exceptional Value for Money We had a fantastic stay at Casa Trees Boutique Hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. What really sets this place apart is the people. The staff were genuinely lovely, incredibly friendly and personable, and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was excellent. We were shown around different room options and given the choice of where we would prefer to stay, which was a lovely personal touch. Throughout our stay, the staff were always accommodating, flexible and happy to help with anything we needed. One particular highlight was their flexibility on our final day. As our flight wasn’t until later in the evening and our room was needed for incoming guests, they kindly arranged for us to use another room so we could continue enjoying the hotel and have a shower before heading to the airport. This was such a thoughtful gesture and really summed up the level of care and hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, the complimentary welcome drink was a lovely touch, and the staff were always happy to help with arranging taxis, vehicle hire or anything else we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous pool, plenty of greenery and a wonderfully peaceful, natural atmosphere. With its resident cats and adorable kittens, it feels like a little oasis away from the busier, more conventional hotels in the area. Finally, the value for money was exceptional. For the price we paid, the quality of the accommodation, facilities and, above all, the service exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend Casa Trees to anyone visiting Rhodes!

The only real thing we’d suggest would be an additional duvet for the bed and, as the room can be a get a bit humid at times after a shower, an extractor fan would be great.

Renting a car is recommended. The road leading to shops and restaurants isn’t optimal for walking.

Het zwembad was zeker prima met de daarbij horende ligbedjes. Het ontbijt was ook goed, voldoende keuze. De bar was ook zeer goed, zowel het eten als de drank, aangename prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

Op het terras van de kamer was er geen verlichting, dit geeft je niet de mogelijkheid om gezellig apart buiten te zitten van zodra de zon onder is. De onafgewerkte badkamer past totaal niet bij de kwaliteiten van de kamer, zeer amateuristisch. Daarboven zag je dat er een lamp kapot was, de tegels richting het terras lagen gewoon los en e ingangdeur van de kamer was niet goed afgewerkt waardoor deze moeilijk dicht ging (schuurde de hele tijd over de grond), de eerste dag hebben we zelfs de klusjesman erbij moeten halen omdat deze totaal niet meer in het slot viel. Het minst aangename was dat er in de kamers naast ons tot ‘s avonds laat (22u!!!) werd gewerkt, dit verstoort de rust helemaal (wat net de reden is dat je naar zo’n accomodatie trekt). Dit meerdere dagen gedurende ons verblijf, voor de prijs die je dan betaald is dit schandalig! De laatste dag van het verblijf zaten we zelfs zonder water (was een algemeen probleem in de accomodatie), een vreemd tafereel als het net die dag heeft geregend en als dit van in de middag aansleept krijg je niet de indruk dat ze hier snel een oplossing voor willen vinden.
