The best thing about these rooms is the view over the sea and the surrounding countryside. The room was fairly basic, though the bed was comfortable. Communication with the owner was good, a minor plumbing issue was addressed by him immediately. Easy parking. Walking time to restaurants in Artemonas ca. 20 minutes. During the 4 days I stayed at Spitha, it was exceptionally windy.
On cold and windy days, the timber windows let through quite a draft, making the room rather cold. The quilt provided is not warm enough in those conditions.

This property is gorgeous, incredibly peaceful, and the location was perfect. Giannis, the host, was incredibly helpful and a great communicator.

Everything was truly wonderful! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had the most beautiful view. What made our stay even more special was the warm and personal welcome from the lovely family who runs the place. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We would happily come back and recommend it to anyone!
