This is a fabulous property … so well appointed and so comfortable
There was nothing to dislike about the property

Lovely home, beautifully presented and furnished, some lovely little touches. Great location to Lytham St Annes, walking distance and short drive into Blackpool. Host were very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

Clean, comfortable, newly refurbished, good location for restaurants, etc.
Washing machine was advertised as available but there was no washing machine. Hosts admitted the error in listing and I believe it has been corrected. This was an important factor in our choice as we had been hiking in North Wales and had lots of dirty gear. There is an efficient laundromat nearby so it was not a major problem.
One minor item - the bedside lamps in the second bedroom are totally inadequate for reading.

Beautiful property, tastefully decorated with everything you need for a seaside break- milk in the fridge and tea and coffee was a nice surprise, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The sea is 10 mins stroll away, and some good recommendations for coffee and dinner made this a great stay! Thank you.
Parking was a little tricky, but we have a mini so we squeezed outside the property on the side road - there is parking, but its a popular place so spaces come free on the main road when the day trippers have left!
