Great location - quiet area but easy walking distance to old town and just around the corner from a metro station and supermarket. Quiet modern apartment with lovely comfy bed, great shower, and effective blackout blinds. Timely instructions and easy code to get in to the gate, building and apartment.

Nothing major, just a couple of small things that can easily be fixed: All cups and glasses etc. in the cupboard had been put away visibly dirty and not washed, and we didn't find the washing-up pack until our last day as it was small and underneath/behind things in the cupboard under the sink and there were no instructions/welcome pack etc. to indicate it was there. Listing said hosts speak English but all instructions were provided in Spanish only. Not a big deal given it is Spain (well, Basque region!) but a bit annoying to have to copy everything into a translator to ensure understanding every time - would be nice to provide instructions in the booker's language as well.

Relatively good location, about a 10 min walk to the old city and 20 mins to the Guggenheim.

Booked the place specifically for the availability of two beds (one being the sofa-bed) but they didn’t provide any sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. I sent multiple messages and received no reply. Staff was good contacting via message up until check-in and then just disappeared.
