The house is close to Stamford, its about a 25 min walk into town. The beds were comfy. There is parking for 3 cars in the front. Furniture was good and outside area to sit in the sun.
Kitchen is well equipped.
The garden was not tended to but when mentioned the owner/agent said that they would go and look the next day so hopefully this will be rectified quickly.
The house was a little dusty and there was no sponge cleaners or cloth left in kitchen but there was plenty of dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.

House was very clean and well laid out for our needs. Host was very responsive when there was a plumbing issue on the first night and got it fixed v quickly
Just lacking a few homely and practical touches - no tea towels left out or cloths for the dishes for example.

Very clean. Beautifully furnished and very spacious living spaces. Great well equipped open plan kitchen dining room opening onto the garden. The front living room was perfect with very comfy settees and ideal to relax on a night. Bathrooms were great too and downstairs toilet was very handy.
Needed a hand rail at the top part of the stairs as it wasn’t safe not having anything to hold onto. The radiator in the downstairs toilet needs fixing to the wall better.

Great location for Rutland and Stamford, spacious clean four bedded property.
Would definitely stay again
Our only suggestions would be blinds for extra privacy and to keep the early morning sun out. A TV in the lovely kitchen would have also been good
