It was right across the road from the over ground station, loads of bus stops right on the doorsteps, lots of shops around, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great in the shower and lots of hot water. Great WiFi and Tv with Netflix and YouTube which some hotels don’t even have ! The owners are very responsive and helpful which I appreciate, I saw a review before I came saying that the property is very hard to find but I didn’t think it was at all ! I reached out to the owners to send me more detailed instructions on how to find the property and they helped me out.

The walls were damaged or stained in some way behind the bed, and there was a musty smell when I walked in which wasn’t great. The key being left beside the door isn’t great for solo female travellers and I felt very nervous at night being on my own.

The room was really good, though quite small. It has a little kitchenette right in front of the bed—I'd say it's really close to the bed. Is Close to public services and a good design

Unfortunately, I didn't like that there was a strong bad smell as soon as I opened the door, which wouldn't go away even with the windows open and the fan on. The toilet was also dirty with unflushed urine, and the shower suddenly started to smell terrible even though we hadn't used it yet, likely due to the guests upstairs.

Good location and very clean easy access to apartment

Didn’t like the check in and check out times 4pm is too late to check in and couldn’t use a lie in on Sunday morning as check out was 10am

Responsive communication

Property not well kept- dirty, marked walls, dirty bed headboard, bathroom sink and shower not cleaned and grimy. Was contacted by the property before check in to say the room was not ready yet and to wait another hour after check in time.
