- A very good location in a quiet neighbourhood
- Very clean apartment, well equipped
- By bike: 15 min to the city centre, 5 min to the beach
- A small playground in front of the apartment, which was perfect for our 2 year old child
- Supermarket 3 min walk away
- Various restaurants, coffee places, bakery close by
- 10 min walking to 2 metro stations
- we missed 1 comfortable chair (there is 1 sofa with 2 seats)

The apartment was super spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. The area had lots of useful shops (big supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants) that were essential to being comfortable and not having to travel far from anything.
The beach was about 15 minutes walking, which was a nice surprise.
We didn’t find the beds to be comfortable since it is a very thin mattress (between 7-10 cm high) and the pillows were also extremely soft.
