Veranda Hotel by Mirage

The staff were exceptional, so lovely and welcoming! The breakfasts were also incredible :)

The WiFi was a bit spotty at times for both Apple and windows devices, you would have to go into reception to reconnect and then back

The staff here are amazing, they honestly make this hotel such a wonderful place to stay. They are kind, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Specific mention of Via and Venus, also Emilio - all the team were great though!

I think the pool is in a slightly odd place (reception) and in shadow a lot of the day. It’s beautiful but we felt awkward trying to relax by it. The use of the beach club was good though.

Our stay at Veranda Hotel by Mirage was amazing, everything was so great we were so happy we came across this hotel while booking our honeymoon trip to Albania. The hotel facilities are amazing, and their breakfast is varied, so tasty and honestly exceptional. The staff is so sweet, we mainly interacted with Via and she was super kind and sweet with us and she always checked on us to make sure we’re happy during our stay and if we needed anything, she made our stay very comfortable, it felt like we were home. Not to forget mentioning the location of the hotel which is practically a few minutes away from the beach and Veranda even has its own beautiful beach club. To keep things short, Veranda is definitely the place to stay at in Ksamil, it deserves all the credits it gets.
