1826 Heritage House

Долго выбирали , где остановиться в Стамбуле . Обычно бронировали в районе Фатих . Хотя очень давно собирались исследовать Таксим . С выбором отеля не прогадали . Читали отзывы , смотрели расположение на карте , отдаленность от достопримечательностей . Попали в 10 из 10-ти !!! Добраться до азиатской части -не проблема ( через знаменитый Галатский мост; заодно прокатились на фуникулёре). А какая классная улица Истикляль со множеством замечательных бутиков ! Отель привлек своей аутентичностью . Номера , холл и лаундж-зона , где проходили завтраки , декорированы различными антикварными предметами . Матрасы в номерах удобные , комфортные - высыпались на все 100. В номере чайник , ТВ, холодильник . Полотенца и постель белоснежные . Огромная благодарность персоналу - все очень внимательные , вежливые и обаятельные ; всё расскажут , объяснят , во всём помогут . Желаем вам успехов и дальнейшего процветания!!!

La chambre était agréable, nous avons bien dormi, l'emplacement de l'hôtel excellent pour découvrir une partie d'Istanbul, proche de nombreux restaurants, cafés et commerces, et le personnel très présent et à l'écoute.

Deux problèmes précis rencontrés durant notre séjour : - pas d'eau chaude le matin - de l'eau coulant de la porte du balcon lors de fortes pluies, avec nécessité de colmater le bas de la porte avec des serviettes

The personnel were lovely, Asya and Oruk were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations, and were always asking if we needed something else. The decorations in the main room for breakfast are quite chic, and they always have music to create an environment .Our room was big and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good and Asya was always smiling and offering us tea or coffee. We were going to a wedding and Oruk helped us to get a taxi in a difficult rush hour time (Istambul traffic is crazy) This tells you how dedicated they are to their guests. Lovely people I definitely recommend to stay with them.

The building is an old construction so it has some foundation problems, the room was a bit humid , but opening the windows was enough to improve ventilation. We only had problems with some smell coming from the sink, but it was raining and the city was doing some work on the streets as well so it was more on their side. Even though Oruk offered to change our room if we needed it .The sheets were a bit scratchy and had little pills on the fabric, but we didn't mention it so as not to be a bother; they probably would have changed them if we had asked. The public transport is a bit weird we could have a bus stop quite accessible to go to the center but not really to return to the hotel. But if you are in istambul you need to be ready to walk
