Barrio muy tranquilo, lugares para comer cerca, no ruido , muy cerca del transporte.

Lejos de las principales estaciones, pero, bien conectado

安い・駅近・綺麗

私は気にしないが、ロケーションは求めちゃダメ

Great to have a studio apartment with a washer! It was very new when I stayed in Sept ‘26 and everything seemed very clean. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets. Everything worked well. The nearby mega Donki seemed cheaper than once in central Tokyo. There are 2 large supermarkets within a 5 min walk, think 5 convenient stores the same distance with loads of restaurants. It’s only 2-3 blocks from the restaurants but was very residential and quiet.

The location is closest to the Umegima station which is about 25 min from Ueno and just over an hour to shinjuku. If time is an issue, likely not best for you.

Very modern, it has everything one needs.
