The accommodations are located in the Adriano Family Camping Village. The resort is situated between the towns of Punta Marina Terme and Lido Adriano, in the heart of Ravenna’s century-old pine forest. There is a fast and frequent bus service and a pleasant bike path to the city center of Ravenna (7 km), home to its Byzantine treasures. The resort is just under 250 meters from the beach and is undoubtedly the ideal place to spend a vacation characterized by the sea, art, and wellness! The unique and spacious pool area is the resort’s flagship feature. It features underwater massages, bubble loungers, a slow-flowing current channel, neck showers, a water fountain, and a large children’s area with a hippo slide, a mini rainforest, and various water games. For active guests, the resort features an area with facilities for soccer (small field), basketball, beach volleyball, beach tennis, bocce, and archery. For those who love entertainment, the activities team offers an extensive and exciting program of daytime and evening activities. A mini-club is available for younger guests. In addition, the resort is just 14 km from the fantastic Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park, and the most famous art cities and magnificent archaeological sites are only a few kilometers away. This will quickly turn your vacation into an exciting and unforgettable experience in nature. Of course, the resort also features a restaurant/pizzeria, bar, grocery store, and coin-operated laundry machines.
The simple and functional Chalet Superior accommodates up to 5 people and features a master bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with a bunk bed and a single bed. The bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with pots, an Italian espresso machine, cutlery, dishes, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The accommodations are also equipped with a TV and air conditioning. The accommodation has a bathroom with a shower stall, toilet, bidet, and sink. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. Barbecues are permitted at the public grill areas in the neighboring complex. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3 hours. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The wide, gently sloping sandy beach is only 250 meters from the vacation village. The beach is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas (for rent), as well as a restaurant and restroom facilities. Since the beach slopes very gently into the sea, it is ideal for families with small children. Vacationers who prefer the open sandy beach will also find plenty of space there.
POOL
The unique and spacious pool complex is the highlight of the resort. It features underwater massages, bubble loungers, a slow-flowing current channel, neck showers, a water fountain, and a large children’s area with a hippo slide, a mini rainforest, and various water play features. The pool bar is located right by the pool and is one of the most popular gathering spots for vacationers. Snacks, light meals, aperitifs, and ice cream can be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere both inside the bar and in the large outdoor area.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort is ideal for families! Pools, playground, sports facilities, entertainment team, mini-club. The team of professional entertainers regularly organizes entertaining evenings, cabaret shows, baby dance classes, mini-club activities, and sports tournaments. LEISURE AND SPORTS
In addition to activities by the sea and at the pool, guests have access to a small soccer field, basketball, beach volleyball, beach tennis, bocce, and archery. The surrounding region is very flat, making it ideal for bike rides along the coast. For your excursions around Punta Marina and Ravenna—and for the whole family’s enjoyment—there’s a bike rental service for adults and children. There, you can also rent electric bikes, rickshaws, and pedal-powered go-karts. During peak season, weekly excursions are organized to the beautiful pine forests in the immediate vicinity.
SHOPPING
In the well-stocked grocery store, you’ll find fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and other food items. The resort also features a bazaar selling tobacco products, newspapers, children’s toys, beachwear, souvenirs, and camping gear.
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator. Shopping options are also nearby. Of course, you can also take advantage of half-board or full-board options at favorable rates. You’re welcome to book these on-site (advance booking is recommended for peak season). In addition to fresh meat and fish dishes, we also serve authentic Italian pizzas from a stone oven. The restaurant/pizzeria has recently been renovated and features cozy dining areas as well as a sheltered and spacious outdoor area.

A maximum of 2 pets weighing up to 20 kg each are allowed per accommodation unit and must be registered at the time of booking.

The town is surrounded by pine forests, and visitors can relax in peace on the wide beach. For active travelers, bike tours or hikes through the beautiful natural surroundings are ideal. There are also numerous restaurants and cafés to linger in, and a market takes place every Friday. Punta Marina borders the Po Delta, whose habitats are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife, and home to rare plant species. Amid valleys, lagoons, dunes, and wetlands, you’ll discover the local flora and fauna—all of which make an organized or independent trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. The province of Ravenna is located on the beautiful Adriatic coast. If you’re traveling with children, be sure to visit the Atlantica Water Park in Cesenatico. The park offers plenty of fun with countless slides and other attractions. For animal lovers, the Zoo Safari in Ravenna is a great choice, where you can see lions, giraffes, and many other animal species. Also in Ravenna is the Mirabilandia amusement park, which guarantees fun for the whole family with its many rides and attractions!
