Our farm is located at the foot of the Rother Kopf volcano on the outskirts of the village of Gerolstein-Roth, which has a population of 160, surrounded by meadows, fields, and forests. 
The Eifelsteig trail and the Mühlsteinweg and Stauseeweg loop trails are in the immediate vicinity.
The Hille Farm was built in 1949 in the style of a Trier-style longhouse. We were able to purchase the farm in 2005 and have lovingly restored and renovated it ever since.
The farm is home to us—Ute and Waldemar—along with our Appaloosa mare Samirah and Bosniak gelding Faruk, as well as our cat named Katze.
We place special emphasis on species-appropriate care and mindful coexistence between humans and animals.

Note regarding the visitor’s fee: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests staying at lodging facilities in the Gerolstein Municipal Association have been required to pay a visitor’s fee of 0.75 euros per person per night since 01.01.2024. Children aged 0–5, as well as business and educational travelers, are exempt from this fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the booking price; it is charged separately by the accommodation provider and forwarded to the Gerolstein Municipal Association.
